About Real Life Church Las Vegas

Tell me about RLC Las Vegas!

Real Life Church Las Vegas is a non-denominational Christian Church in the Las Vegas Valley, with a mission to lead people into an extraordinary new life in Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible, which is the Word of God, and know that by following the teachings and principles in it all people can live a more full life. RLC Las Vegas is led by John and AnnaMarie Walker who have devoted their life to ministry and have been blessed to travel the world speaking at numerous Christian Churches across the world.

RLC Las Vegas was started by John's parents David and Cathy Walker with just a handful of people in their home in 2000.

Now, we meet weekly in the Durango Professional Plaza near The Lakes in the west side of town. If you call Las Vegas home, and you're looking for “a Christian Church near me”, we’d love to meet you at one of our life changing worship experiences! We hope you find Real Life Church Las Vegas the community church that you can call home!

What are your weekend experiences like?

Each weekend at RLC Las Vegas you’ll find a passionate atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. Children are welcome to encouraged to stay with their parents throughout the service.

When are your experience times?

Every weekend we host a Sunday worship experience at 10:00am. Once a month, we host a Thursday night worship and prayer night with the church family.

What is your praise and worship like?

RLC aims to be a place in the Las Vegas Valley where people can experience the Presence of God. We have our worship teams lead every week with songs that glorify Jesus and all that He has accomplished for us. We want to create an atmosphere where you can interact with God and experience Him for yourself.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you or have you stand up, but will make you feel welcome. We know that many people want to check out the church and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

What do I wear to attend your experience?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to button up shirts and even an occasional tie at our Weekend Experience. Come in what is comfortable for you, because RLC is not about what you look like or what you wear.

Do you have a midweek experience?

No, but we do have a special Worship and Prayer Night that usually takes place on the Third Thursday of each month. Prayer and Worship Nights consists of praise and worship, prayer for healing and current topics. Check the events page for the most current schedule.

What about my children?

At RLC your children are a top priority. We have a cry room that is safe and clean and available to parents to take their kids. We believe that kids learn the best when they experience church with the entire family. This is why we currently have the entire family stay together during the Sunday experience and provide each kiddo a small activity pack that includes a snack and quiet activity that goes along with the kids lesson of the day.

How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved, but the best way is to stay after the Sunday Experience and have a cup of coffee or tea and a pastry from Panera Bread Company. We also have new Partner classes throughout the year where you can find out more about RLC and what we believe. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

How can I be discipled and grow?

Our desire is that Every Person that calls RLC their church home grows in their ability to hear from God and follow His leading. This takes place in relationship with others, in community, and we offer classes and small groups to help you grow.

Do you have small groups?

Small groups are an important part of RLC. In fact, we believe it is one of the ways to deepen your relationship with others in the RLC family and without true healthy relationships we will struggle. Currently, as we come back from Pandemic we have put our small groups on pause and will be bringing them back in the near future.
